1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Magique Technologies Limited ("Magique", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the Tap'nSave mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading Tap'nSave, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our EULA.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Coupons and Merchant Offers
Tap'nSave provides access to coupons and offers from participating merchants. Offer details, availability, and redemption conditions are set by the merchant and may change without notice.
- Coupons may have expiration dates, quantity limits, or location limits.
- Merchants may reject coupons that are expired, duplicated, altered, or misused.
- Offers cannot be guaranteed to be continuously available.
- Tap'nSave is not the seller of merchant goods or services unless explicitly stated.
4. Rewards Points Program
Tap'nSave may award points for completed coupon redemptions and other qualifying actions. Points are promotional rewards and have no cash value.
- Points can only be used in Tap'nSave as permitted in the app.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points may expire, be adjusted, or be removed for fraud, abuse, or reversals.
- We may modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Payments and Purchases
If Tap'nSave offers paid coupon products, purchases may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or approved payment providers. Billing and refunds may be subject to store or payment provider rules.
- You authorize charges for purchases you initiate.
- Prices, taxes, and purchase conditions are shown before checkout.
- Except where required by law, fees may be non-refundable after redemption or use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scraping, or automated scripts to access offers or data;
- attempt to bypass redemption controls, security features, or account limits;
- create fraudulent accounts or provide false redemption evidence;
- interfere with platform operations, merchants, or other users;
- use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
Tap'nSave, including software, branding, logos, design, and platform content, is owned by Magique Technologies Limited or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted in our EULA, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magique disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any coupon, merchant participation, or specific level of savings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magique Technologies Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) amounts you paid to us in the preceding 12 months; or (b) USD $100.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse coupons, or engage in fraud or harmful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and requesting account deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides a different venue right.
